This is an unpublished letter to the editor of the Irish Central newspaper in the USA in response to an article by a Mr. John Spain dated July 26, 2013

I read with interest Mr. John Spain’s article on uncontrolled immigration into my country. Mr. Spain is to be congratulated on his fine, honest and perceptive article. I thank him. I doubt his column would be published in Ireland. The miscreant pseudo-liberals control the media here. As someone who has run in three elections (local and national) to try and highlight the negative consequences of mass immigration into a small country like Ireland I could not agree more with his assessment. I fear greatly for my country and is children. hopefully Irish America will stand by those few in Ireland who will make a stand.
